Multinational business seeking an experienced Corporate Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis to provide maternity cover.

Role:

Manage Registered Office services for a portfolio of client companies, ensuring that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard. Duties include creation and maintenance of minute books, preparing incorporation documents, company resolutions and corporate certificates, and handling filings with the Registrar of Companies/CIMA.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ company administration experience;
Associates degree in a business related subject would be an advantage;
Experienced in Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies (ROC) and Monetary Authority (CIMA) filings;
Experience with CAP and CORIS essential, with ViewPoint experience beneficial;
Good knowledge of Cayman legal structures and the ongoing requirements of the Cayman Islands Companies Law.
