Corporate Administrator

Affinity Recruitment are partnered with a well-established business to assist in their search for a Corporate Administrator.

Duties:

Administering all routine registered office functions for companies (annual review, billing, AML/KYC checks, annual returns, other government filings, maintenance of corporate records and registers);
Liaising/filing with the Registrar of Companies and Cayman Islands Monetary Authority;
Conducting searches, documents requests, and making payments.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience as a corporate administrator in a law firm or fiduciary services company;
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work on his/her own initiative to stringent deadlines and be prepared to work overtime when required;
Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and will be in the range of US55,000 – US$60,000 per annum plus benefits.
