Working closely with the Directors, the purpose of the role is to provide board support for a portfolio of client companies, including but not limited to drafting and finalizing agendas, scheduling meetings and coordination of attendees, preparation of board packs, and drafting and finalization of board minutes and action items.

The Company Secretary will provide general support to the Directors throughout the meetings and will assist in other facets of the business such as onboarding, document management, annual reviews, fee proposals and marketing, and other projects as necessary.


  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in providing board support/company secretary services.
  • A corporate secretarial qualification (i.e., Chartered Corporate Secretary) is preferred.
  • A legal, finance and/or governance related degree would be beneficial.
  • Must have extensive experience in a client facing role dealing with investment managers and be comfortable liaising directly with clients in person and via email, phone, and video conference.
  • Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and language skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rigid deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, project management and time management skills.

In return, compensation will be in the range of $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 USD per annum commensurate with experience and qualifications.
