AMLCO/MLRO (Part Time)

We’re assisting our client, a highly reputable financial services business, with the hire of an AMLCO/MLRO to manage the overall compliance framework for the business; leading policy development and ensuring the correct controls are in place in order to achieve a robust and effective aligned holistic compliance framework. The successful incumbent AMLCO/MLRO will keep abreast of changing laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures accordingly and informing key stakeholders, management, and regulators overseas. 

This role will suit candidates looking for part time hours – roughly 30.0 hours per week. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years’ experience at a regulated financial services provider in a senior compliance role.
• Previous experience in an AMLCO and/or MLRO role.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and prior experience dealing with CIMA is essential.
• Internationally recognized professional AML designation (CAMS, ICA, etc.).
• Proven technical knowledge of onshore and offshore financial services products.
• Solid understanding of legal requirements and controls.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner with key stakeholders of all levels, globally.
