Michele Aubert started Affinity Personnel Solutions Ltd. in 2003. Michele has over 15 years of working experience in the Cayman Islands in Financial Services and Human Resource Management.

Michele has developed an extensive knowledge base and practice of the Cayman Islands Labour and Immigration Laws. Her extensive local experience provides valuable insight to the challenges local institutions face with recruitment and Immigration. She is an active member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals and a member of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation in the U.K.


Eve Webster
Eve has more than 7 years experience successfully engaging and assigning first-class IT, Accounting and Administration professionals to leading firms in the UK and Europe.  Eve's primary focus is being adept at contributing to the understanding of a client's requirements then identifying someone whose skills, experience and personality are an excellent match for the role.

Eve's positive nature, high standards and proactive approach leads to
her developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients
and candidates alike.  Eve originally joined Affinity in 2004 and has
recently come back to the island and rejoined Affinity.
