Michele Aubert
Michele Aubert started Affinity Personnel Solutions Ltd. in 2003. Over the last ten years, Michele has worked in various management positions. Most recently she held the post of Human Resource Manager at the Bank of Bermuda (Cayman) Ltd. Prior to working in Human Resource Management, Michele was employed in Financial Services for more than 15 years in various financial and accounting related roles. Michele has developed an extensive knowledge base and practice of the Cayman Islands Labour and Immigration Laws. She is an active member of the Cayman Islands Human Resource Association.

Erin Dupuy
Erin earned a Masters Degree in Business Management and has over 3 years experience in Recruitment/Human Resources. Prior to joining Affinity, Erin held the position as HR Administrator for a large media company in the UK. She also worked for a non-profit organization in Florida where she was responsible for project management and grant sourcing.

Meredith McCreadie
Meredith is the newest member of the Team. She has over 10 years experience in Recruitment and Corporate Event Planning. Meredith started her career in the organization and management of large-scale Business Conferences/Summits in North America and Bermuda. She has spent 4 years working in Bermuda as the Recruitment Consultant for a Temporary Employment Agency. Meredith brings a wealth of experience in recruitment at various levels.
